Here’s a list of what you can expect to be included in the scope of the project.
+ Professional 25-Slide Deck
You will recieve an editable Keynote deck with up to 25 pages of strategically edited and designed content.
+ Branded Styles
The deck will be designed using your brand fonts and colors.
+ Branded Charts
Charts and graphs will be adjusted to have your brand colors and style.
+ Improved Layouts
Slides will be edited with strategic layouts to help better communicate the information.
+ Image Sourcing
Up to 10 new stock photos may be sourced and added from our Creative Commons Zero databases.
+ New Icons
Up to 10 new icons and small graphics may be created or sourced and added to the deck.
+ Exported Deck
The final deck design will be delivered in Keynote and PDF formats.
+ Other Formats
Upon request, the final deck design may be exported to Powerpoint or Google Slides formats, but take note that some items may shift slightly when exported to those other formats.
Not included
Here are a few items that will not be automatically included in your package.
+ Comprehensive Copywriting
We can adjust your exisitng text for readability, but we do not offer complete or comprehensive copywriting services.
+ Branding
If you need a new logo, brand colors, and fonts, I encourage you to take a look ar our Branding Services before starting this project.
+ Extra Items
Additional page layouts, custom graphics, icons, image sourcing, photo retouching, and rushed turn-arounds may be added at an additional cost.
+ Endless Revisions
This project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Any additinal revisions will need to be added using our hourly rate of $125 per hour.
Before we start
In order to provide the best, and most effective service for you, we will need you to submit the following materials before we start designing the deck.
+ Your Branding
Your logo, brand colors, brand fonts.

+ Your Content
A draft of the presentation you need designed, so we can work with a startng point of the content that will be on each page and the general order of the deck. We require the content in a deck format even if it have minimal to no design, including at least around 90% of the text, some images, and charts needed for each page.
+ Live Charts
If you include charts or graphs, they must be delivered as editable data charts created on either Keynote, Powerpoint, Google Sheets, or Excel. We will not edit flat images of charts or graphs.
+ Design Style
You may provide your own visual references of the slide style you’d like applied to your content; or you can select one from the examples we share with you.
+ Copywriting
We will help you improve your copywriting by adjusting some of your provided text for enhanced headlines, better readability, and better layouts; HOWEVER before we start, we will need a complete draft of your full presentation which includes a written draft of all the text you would like to include on each page. We will be able to use that as a starting point, and make adjustments or edits to the copywriting moving forward.
During our initial call you will be able to ask us specific questions about your project, and see some examples of our past work.

General Questions
+ Can I ask for something that's not included in your packages?
You may certainly ask! Outside of our package deals, our hourly rate is $125/hr. If the project isn't aligned with our vision, or we don't feel it's a good fit, we can probably refer you to someone who might be a better fit.
+ What happens after I purchase a service package?
Once you fill in your info & submit your first payment, you’ll be asked to schedule a kickoff call where we can further discuss your needs. If you're still undecided, or what to chat with us before booking a package, click here to schedule an initial consultation.
+ Can I ask for a refund?
If after our initial kickoff call, we learn this collaboration is not a good fit, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. However, if the work has already been completed, we cannot offer refunds.
+ Can I ask for edits after the final files are delivered?
Our process includes several opportunities to make edits before the final delivery & by using tools such as Canva.com, Squarespace, and Shopify, we aim to empower our clients with easy to use tools, so you can make any needed edits as your brand evolves. If you still need professional help beyond the delivery date, you can book an hourly consultation session.

+ I don't have everything perfectly planned out yet, can I still book this package?
Yes! Even if you don’t have everything perfectly planned out, our team can work with you and give you the tools to help you finish the content for your presentation before we start.
+ What happens if I don't have an established brand logo, colors, or fonts?
First off, I will suggest you check out our Branding Packages of course! Alternatively, we're happy to select a brand color and font for you from what we have available at our disposal, but if you are looking for something specific you will need to provide a visual reference as a starting point and we will advise based on that.
+ How involved and detailed do I have to be during the process when explaining what I want designed?
Our goal is to provide an overwhelm-free, hands-off experience for you. After you submit your content, we will schedule a call to talk about your overall vision and our team will explain what we can do for your specific deck. From there, you can sit back and relax. Our design team will take the time to really comprehend the content of what you are trying to communicate, to effectively bring it to life without requiring overly detailed direction or hand-holding. We will reach out to you if any questions come up.
+ What program do you work with?
Deliverables are created on Keynote, but the final deck can be exported to Powerpoint, Google Slides, or PDF upon request.
+ Can I ask for revisions or changes?
This package includes up to three rounds of revisions where you can request the changes you need as long as they fit within the package scope of work. If you need any further edits, you may request to add-on design hours at our hourly design rate or book long-term design services by booking a retainer package.
+ I need custom graphics but I don't need all 25 slides designed, does that reduce your price?
This package includes the design of 1-25 slides. If you need more slides designed than your package offers, you can either book multiple presentation packages, or you can add on additional work as needed using our hourly design rate after the first included delivery is completed and paid out. If you need less than 25 slides designed, we can work with the amount of pages you have, but the price for the package remains the same.
+ Can you create a template without any content? Can you create an entire presentation without any content to start from?
We will not create a template with no content at all to start from. Before we start a project together, you must first provide a starting point "draft" of the presentation you need designed. If you'd like to provide us with placeholder text and images that you plan on swapping out later on, we can work with those and will provide the final deliverables to you using your placeholder text and images.

Our clients come to us because they have a great idea, and great information to share, but they need someone to help them organize that content into a beautiful and easy-to-understand presentation!
+ What makes you any different than hiring a cheaper outsourced graphic desinger?
Many of our clients might have considered hiring a designer from Fiverr or another outsourcing design platform, but decide to come to us because they realize they need the help of a professional, strategy-focused team of design experts to redesign their presentation deck in the most effective way.
In our experience, when our clients have hired a cheaper outsourced designer, the result could seem decent at a first glance, but when you look a little closer (or actually try to present using that design) it's often messy, unorganized, has typos, lacks attention to detail, isn't strategically thought-out, has now "flow," and isn't effective in communicating the big ideas. Other designers tend to focus on just “beautifying” the page, with some new colors and fonts, but that alone won't help you clearly deliver information –in fact, it might even make it harder to understand! If there is a language barrier, these issues become even more evident, because the designer isn't able to fully understand the content in the first place.
Our team is different because we take the time and care to really analyze and pull-out the important pieces of information to create a hierarchy of information that communicates what you need (and of course, also looks beautifully designed).
+ Am I the right fit for a Presentation Design Package?
This service is perfect for you if:
- You know that in order to make a great deck you will need more than just a simple font and color change applied to your slides. You need layouts rethought not for simply “beautifying” the page, but for making the content easier to understand.
- You are prepared with a draft that includes the text and images you need on each page, and you have an idea of the order of the slides you would like for your presentation. If you'd like us to source images for you, please at least have a placeholder for the image you need.
- You understand that to properly dissect and rearrange the information, and redesign a deck effectively, takes hours of hard work. Information design is a time-consuming process, and a deck redesign will take a minimum of 10 business days to turn-around.
- You work in the health & wellness industry, or have a product or service that promotes sustainability, latinx culture, or another good cause! This is our specialty, and we love to service these kinds of clients.
